How quality is controlled — and the failure that made QA a core part of the system.

This page is part of the Build-it track for Namaste Ji: a top-down walk through a production
system that is agent-operated end to end — written as a reusable chassis for any agent-run
app on Cloudflare. The track is an ordered sequence; each zoom opens one region of the same
system map. The HTML page at the same URL (without .md) carries the full public detail,
including diagrams generated from the infrastructure code.
