# Namaste Ji > A vernacular greeting and devotional app for the next billion Indian internet users, and the > agent-operated system that makes its content. Five AI agents research, brief, art-direct, > generate and quality-check every greeting; a human gates the whole thing from a back office. > This site is the public showcase: a story, five interactive exhibits, and a top-down > engineering track written as a reusable chassis for any agent-run app on Cloudflare. The system runs entirely on Cloudflare (Workers, Workflows, D1, R2, KV, Vectorize, Queues, AI Gateway). Models are configuration, not code: Sarvam for text, OpenAI for image generation and multimodal, Cohere embed-v4 for embeddings, all routed through one AI Gateway. ## How agents should use this site - Start with the build track below. It is an ordered sequence of eight zooms, top-down: read the zoom-0 map for the shape of the system, then jump to whichever region you need. - The track doubles as a reusable chassis: the same pattern (agents that make · a shared store · a human gate · a dumb-fast serving path) builds any agent-run app on Cloudflare, and zoom 8 is that chassis as an empty MIT repo. - Append `.md` to any build page URL for clean markdown (both `/path.md` and `/path/index.md` work). The HTML pages carry the full detail, including diagrams generated from the infrastructure code. - To build something comparable, start from the starter kit (zoom 8) — a public, MIT-licensed repo designed to be driven by a coding agent from a single prompt. - This is a real, deployed system, not a demo scaffold. The console, the ranking code, the QA scorecards and the catalog are live. Story scenes and exhibit run tickers are staged performances over real artifacts — take measured claims from the live console. ## The build track (ordered — start here) - [The system in one picture](https://namasteji.aiwithayushman.com/build.md): the whole architecture on one map, then eight zooms into it. - [zoom 1 — Architecture](https://namasteji.aiwithayushman.com/build/architecture.md): How the system is organized: agents make things, humans oversee, one catalog sits between them. - [zoom 2 — Cloudflare](https://namasteji.aiwithayushman.com/build/cloudflare.md): What it runs on — every service and every connection, drawn from the infra code itself. - [zoom 3 — Agents](https://namasteji.aiwithayushman.com/build/agents.md): What an agent is here, and how one works inside: memory, tools, prompts, an off switch. - [zoom 4 — QA](https://namasteji.aiwithayushman.com/build/qa.md): How quality is controlled — and the failure that made QA a core part of the system. - [zoom 5 — Tooling](https://namasteji.aiwithayushman.com/build/tooling.md): How it is developed and shipped: CI, infrastructure as code, one gateway for every model call. - [zoom 6 — Feed](https://namasteji.aiwithayushman.com/build/feed.md): How each person's feed is put together — and why no AI model sits in that path. - [zoom 7 — Data & analytics](https://namasteji.aiwithayushman.com/build/data.md): What gets measured, how the feed and the content strategy learn from it, and where privacy fits. - [zoom 8 — Starter kit](https://namasteji.aiwithayushman.com/build/starter.md): The same chassis as a public repo — start your own agent-run app from it. ## Interactive exhibits (HTML — these are experiences, not documents) - [The story](https://namasteji.aiwithayushman.com/): one phone, one morning — why this exists. - [The agents](https://namasteji.aiwithayushman.com/agents): the five agents and how they hand off to each other. - [The studio](https://namasteji.aiwithayushman.com/studio): the content pipeline running end to end. - [The QA theatre](https://namasteji.aiwithayushman.com/qa): how every piece of content is sampled, scored and gated. - [The Feed Lab](https://namasteji.aiwithayushman.com/lab): the real ranking function running in your browser over real embeddings. - [The open console](https://public.namasteji.org): the actual back office, read-only, no login. ## Optional - [AGENTS.md for this site](https://namasteji.aiwithayushman.com/AGENTS.md): the short front door, if you only read one file. - [The starter kit repo](https://github.com/dashayushman/namaste-ji-boilerplate): MIT, generated from this monorepo — read its AGENTS.md first.
