How it's really built

Every star is a Kernel instance (Agents SDK on Workers): working + long-term memory, tools and subagents behind a context firewall, prompts served versioned from Langfuse, a calibrated stop. The lines are typed contracts (Zod, versioned). The ring is the Control DO: every agent runs inside its gate, and a human can flip any of them between auto and manual without a deploy.

Why a team

One prompt can't plan, make, check and remember without becoming a monster. Small agents with typed contracts between them can — and when one misbehaves you pause just that one. The ring is not decoration; it's the reason I can sleep.
